The staff, especially Sylvia and Jennifher, were welcoming and attentive, making my stay feel personalized. The unique layout of the bathroom was convenient, allowing simultaneous use of facilities.

Air conditioning issues require immediate attention!!! Hallway temperatures are uncomfortable due to lack of cooling!!! Inadequate complaint resolution doesn't meet expectations!!! The empty Bistro on a Friday night raises questions about its viability!!!

Hotel was clean and smelled clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool as well as relaxing outside in the sitting areas. Beds were comfortable and loved the pillows. We stayed at the other Marriot in Danbury on our last trip and after talking, we decided that we will come back to this one. The outside sitting area and clean smells were the deal breakers!

Ice machine was broken on our floor and we had to search for a ice machine that worked, floor one and three were broke. However, after asking at the Bistro for ice, they filled up our bucket happily. I was hoping that there was a free breakfast but there wasn't, that was at the other Marriot in Danbury.

My wife skin was rash while sleeping on the bed. It may be from some insects or not clean bed. The hotel manager give us free breakfast and roo change.

Recommend it for families

The staff were helpful, especially the one at the front desk who was friendly and engaged. My son loved the pool, he was in there for hours, and as a parent, that gave me peace of mind knowing he was safe and enjoying himself.

It wasn't cheap but definitely worth it overall.

Enjoyable experience there. Great food, great service. The rooms with a balcony and actual wired internet connection and sofa bed. Location near many restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance as well as Steak House.

The room was very clean, well kept up, bed was acceptably comfortable, free Wi-Fi, actual wired internet connection (rare now adays but unexpected bonus for me), staff at front desk was very courtesy, friendly, helpful

House keeping knocking on the door at 8:30 AM in the FRICKING morning, internet was slow, breakfast had been farmed out to STARBUCKS, got a room with breakfast included but for some reason when I extended my stay for one day they removed the included breakfast for BOTH days, breakfast was not worth anything what was charged, second day went to Dennys, I will probably find another hotel to stay at when I go back, bed was only acceptably comfortable,

Had a surprisingly comfortable bed, made sleep easy. If you want coffee before heading out, don't count on the room coffee maker. Look for a local café.
